Fat grafting — also called lipofilling — transfers fat harvested by liposuction from areas like the abdomen or flanks into the breasts. The result is a completely natural enhancement using your own tissue, with no implants and no foreign materials.
This study is evaluating whether a specific external expansion technique, used before and after surgery, can meaningfully improve how much grafted fat survives and how the final result looks.
All procedures are performed by world-class plastic surgeons at an approved outpatient surgical facility under light general anesthesia. Participants are randomly assigned to receive the procedure with or without the expansion device — either way, the surgical expertise and post-op care are identical.

Study TeamYou'll try the external expansion device for 2–3 days to confirm you can use it comfortably. This is the only requirement before you're enrolled.
A baseline breast MRI is taken before the procedure — giving the study team a precise starting point to measure your results against.
World-class plastic surgeons perform your fat grafting at an accredited outpatient facility. Liposuction is included — most women see a noticeable waistline improvement.
A few post-op check-ins over 6 months, concluding with a final MRI that completes your participation in the study.
